Service and project availability are not guaranteed for every property, ZIP code, utility, jurisdiction, equipment choice, or payment structure. Current capacity, provider participation, property eligibility, and applicable requirements control.

7. Estimates, Assessments, and Calculators

Website assessments, comparisons, examples, graphs, and future calculator outputs are informational and may use assumptions. They do not promise savings, energy output, price, approval, tax treatment, financing, property value, project timing, or any particular result. Current bills, site conditions, rate structures, system design, provider terms, and signed documents control.

Solar production and battery performance vary. Backup duration and available loads depend on system design, battery capacity, state of charge, equipment, weather, consumption, operating mode, outage conditions, maintenance, and agreement terms. A battery does not guarantee uninterrupted service or whole-home backup unless a signed, verified design specifically provides otherwise.

Credit approval, rates, fees, payments, down-payment options, prepayment terms, transfer terms, equipment eligibility, maintenance responsibilities, and provider availability vary. Sunburst Solar is not represented on this website as the lender. The participating provider's current disclosures and signed agreement control.

Tax credits, incentives, grants, rebates, renewable-energy credits, and utility programs can change and may depend on ownership, eligibility, timing, funding, reservations, tax liability, equipment, and program rules. Sunburst Solar does not provide tax, accounting, or legal advice. Consult current official sources and a qualified professional before relying on potential tax or incentive treatment.

The website may describe or link to utilities, agencies, equipment companies, financing providers, or other third parties. Third parties control their own content, eligibility, approvals, products, services, terms, privacy practices, and availability. A reference or link is not a guarantee or endorsement.

Any separate signed solar, battery, installation, financing, provider, purchase, lease, power-purchase, warranty, or project agreement governs the covered transaction. If a signed agreement conflicts with these website Terms, the signed agreement controls for that transaction.

13. Intellectual Property

The website's original text, design, graphics, logos, compilation, and software are owned by or licensed to Sunburst Solar and are protected as applicable. You may use the website for personal, noncommercial evaluation of Sunburst Solar services. No other license is granted by implication.

14. Acceptable Use

Use the website lawfully and truthfully. Do not interfere with its operation, impersonate another person, submit information without authority, introduce malicious code, evade security controls, or use the website to violate another person's rights.

15. Prohibited Automated Access and Misuse

Do not scrape, crawl, probe, overload, reverse engineer, or automate access to the website in a way that disrupts operations, bypasses controls, collects personal information, or exceeds ordinary search-engine indexing expressly permitted by our robots directives and applicable law.
